1. Returns and Credits:
• When returning a product, the amount will be credited to your account as store credit.
• Store credit must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
• Cash refunds are not applicable for returned items.

2. Exchanges:
• For product exchanges, customers are required to contact our support team to provide details of the item to be exchanged.
• Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Additional payment may be required if the replacement item is of higher value.

3. Exchange Policy:
• The original invoice must be presented.
• Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition with tags and labels attached.
• Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Exchanges are not acceptable if any alterations have been made to the garments or accessories.
• For items purchased on discount, the exchange period is limited to 3 days.
