- Domestic Shipping

    - Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from confirmation.

• Delivery Time:
    - Standard: 2–5 business days.
    - Express: 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Costs:
    - Free delivery for orders exceeding 200 JOD.
    - For orders below this amount, shipping costs depend on weight and delivery address.

• Re-shipping Policy:
    - Customers bear additional costs for re-delivery if orders are returned due to incorrect address details.


- International Shipping

• Processing and Delivery Time:
    -Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with delivery times of 5–14 business days depending on the destination.

• Shipping Costs:
    -Based on item weight and destination.

• Customs:
    -Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees.

• Returns:
    - Refunds for international orders exclude shipping costs, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address details.

4. Payment Policies

• Accepted Payment Methods:
    - Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
    - Cash on Delivery: Available for domestic orders only.

• Refunds and Credits:
    - Returned items will be credited to the customer’s account as store credit, valid for one year.
    - Cash refunds are not applicable for returned items.

• Payment Security:
    - All transactions are encrypted and secure. Sensitive payment information is not stored on our servers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Items eligible for return must be in original condition, with proof of purchase.
