Domestic Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days, depending on the number and quantity of items.
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, depending on the number and quantity of items.

3. Shipping Costs:
• Free delivery is available for orders exceeding 200 Jordanian Dinars.
• For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery address.

4. Re-shipping Policy:
• If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

International Shipping

1. Available Destinations:
• We offer international shipping to most countries, adhering to global shipping regulations and standards.

2. Processing and Delivery Time:
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time varies based on the destination country and the quantity of items ordered, typically ranging from 5–14 business days.

3. Shipping Costs and Customs:
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
• Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

4. Returns and Re-shipping:
• If a customer declines to pay customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply.
